Dear Ms. Morales:
Based upon the requirements of the RFP and the call data provided, we expect the
monthly commissions to the DOC, at the commission rate of 76.2%, to be approximately
$324,958 per month.
9.1.1 The Contractor shall comply with the inmate calling rates set forth below for all
local, intra-LATA and inter-LATA calling within the continental United States for the
duration of the contract.
The inmate calling rates are as follows:
