Hello Mr. Ganim,
The current contract with Global Tel Link (GTL) has been extended until a new contract is in place. The DOC is currently
in the process of reviewing proposals from CenturyLink, Global Tel Link, and Securus. Below are the rates in the current
contract with GTL, and we anticipate that the new contract (which should be awarded within the next few months) will
have considerably lower rates.
