Sorry for the delay. I had to track down the contract for the answers and was finally able to do
so...
Debit/Pre-paid rates:
(LOCAL) $2.50 connection fee
(INTRASTATE & INTRALATA) $2.25 connection, $0.10/minute rate.
Please note that the portion of this cost collected by the State is earmarked toward, and
statutorily required to be expended on, inmate education. So any profits the State receives from
this phone contract setup goes directly back in to educating the offender population.
