Oregon Department of Corrections Inmate Phone Revenue.
ODOC receives $3,000,000 per year commission from the contractor. In addition, starting in
2004, ODOC receives a percentage of gross revenues in excess of $6,000,000 per year. This is
figured at 50% of collect revenue and 60% of Debit revenue. All commissions go to the Inmate
Welfare Fund. These funds are dedicated to expenditures that benefit ODOC inmates.
This is the revenue received in excess of the yearly $3 million guaranteed minimum.
