This letter represents the mutual agreement of the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction
("ODRC")~ and Global Tel*Link Corporation ("GTL"), as successor-in-interest to MCI Worldcom, Inc.
("MCI"), to extend the contract for RFP#DRC05182004 (the "Contract"), dated October 12,2004, by
and between ODCR and MCI , as amended, for one (I) additional year..
Pursuant to section 1.5 of RFP#DRC05182004, the ODRC may extend the Contract beyond the initial
term, for a one (1) year period, under the existing Contract terms and conditions, including the
commission schedules and fees. GTL understands that the ODRC does not wish to negotiate any of the
terms, conditions or commission schedules and fees of the Contract, and that only an extension ofthe
termination date is requested.
The Contract tenninates on February 25,2009. By the signatures affixed below, ODRe and GTL agree
to extend the tennination date to February 25,2010, effective as ofthe date of the second signature
affixed hereto. All others tenns and conditions ofthe Contract remain in full force and effect.
