Be advised that the above contract has been extended for a period of two (2) years effective June 4, 2010
and expiring on June 3, 2012. In addition to the extension, Global Tel Link has agreed to reduce the cost
of Inmate calls at State Department of Corrections (DOC) and Juvenile Justice Commission (JJC)

For the term of the two (2) year extension, Global Tel Link (GTL) has agreed to increase the State’s
commission from 40% to 41%. GTL will provide an eighty-five percent (85%) Minimum Annual

correctional facilities. The County Rate/Commission Matrix can be found under the “County Price
Matrix” link on this website.
