As of April 18, 2014, the offender phone call rates are as follows:
In-state Calls:
Pre-Paid Calls: $2.80 plus applicable taxes for a 20 minute call.
Collect Calls: $3.04 plus applicable taxes for a 20 minute call.
*There is no connection fee for pre-paid or collect calls.
Out-of-state Calls:
Pre-Paid Calls: $.21 a minute plus applicable taxes up to 20 minutes
Collect Calls: $.25 a minute plus applicable taxes up to 20 minutes
