INMATE TELEPHONE AGREEMENT Addendum Number 1
This Addendum, entered into the __lj__ of April 2008, between Gordon Co ty, a ·political
subdivision of the State of Georgia, hereinafter referred to as "Gordon Coun " and Pay Tel
Communications, Inc.• of the other part, hereinafter "Pay Tel," modifir the Inmate
Telecommunications Agreement (hereafter referred to as the "Agreement") dated anuary 9 2004.
For and in consideration of the mutual promises and convenants contained here· , Pay Tel and
County, parties to an existing Agreement, hereby agree to modify the Agreement follows:
1. 3.1 TERM. The initial term ending January 1, 2009 will be extended fiv (5) years. The
parties agree that this Agreement may be renewed/or extended should bo parties desire
to renegotiate the terms of this Agreement at the expiration of the current t rm.
2. 4.0 COMMISSIONS. The commission payment shall be the following percentages of
gross billable revenues: forty percent (40%) of the local collect calls, fort percent (40%)
of intra-lata collect calls, forty percent (40%) of the inter-lata intra-state alls, and forty
percent (40%) of the inter-lata inter-·state calls. The new commission perc tages will be
effective upon both parties signing this Addendum.
