THIS AMENDMENT is made by the state of Washington, Dep
Corrections, hereinafter referred to as "DOC", and American '. elephone and
Telegraph Company, hereinafter referred to as "Contractor", ,or the purpose'
of amending that document entitled Contract Agreement, be ring Contract
