Hello. The Wyoming DOC utilizes all inmate phone commissions for inmate assist
funds, which pays for inmate TV, legal database, recreation equipment and
programs, clothing upon release, and the like. We work with Praeses to manage our
inmate phone system. In 2012, we saw commissions of $604,859, all of which are
only utilized for the inmate assist fund. We continue to strive for low calling rates
for our inmates.
