DESCRIPTION OF CONTRACT BEING RENEWED (include original contract number): The Illinois Department
of Central Management and Securus Technologies have entered into contract #CMC 3670940 for inmate collect
calling services for the Department of Corrections, Department of Juvenile Justice, and the Department of
Human Services-Rushville facilities. These services include phones and related wiring and infrastructure as well
as intelligence and data gathering and recordings.
2.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: This Renewal is on the same terms and conditions as the Contract being renewed
except as changed and described herein.
2.1
The method of determining compensation will change as follows:
2.1.1.
Current rates and commissions remain in effect from July 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017.
2.1.2.
The pricing set forth in Subsection 2 of the Contract Amendment dated May 13, 2016 will be
deleted and replaced by the rates in the table listed below for the period of January l, 2018
through June 30, 2018.
