Resolution approving the settlement of the unlitigated claim by City and County of San

Francisco against Public Communications Services, Inc. and Global Tel*Link

Corporation for $1,079,116.

WHEREAS, The City and County of San Francisco has a claim against Public
Communications Services, Inc. and Global Tel*Link Corporation; and
WHEREAS, The Sheriff’s Department of the City and County of San Francisco has

10

recommended settlement of said claim by acceptance of $1,079,116 from Public

11

Communications Services, Inc. and Global Tel*Link Corporation; now, therefore, be it

12

RESOLVED, That pursuant to Administrative Code, Section 10.24, the Board of

13

Supervisors hereby authorizes the City Attorney to settle and compromise the claim by

14

acceptance of $1,079,116.
