THEO PRIMM (Captain RNDC) and CHRISTOPHER LOPEZ (Correctional Officer RNDC), Defendants. -----------------------------------------------------------------------x BLOOM, United States Magistrate Judge: The Court hereby directs the Clinton Correctional Facility Superintendent to permit plaintiff's counsel, the Cardozo Civil Rights Clinic, the opportunity to conduct confidential telephone conferences with plaintiff Constantine Cheese, via telephone, at mutually agreeable dates and times for plaintiff's counsel and the Correctional Facility staff. The plaintiff shall have access to his necessary legal documents during these telephone conferences, and shall participate in the conferences in a private room. The telephone calls shall not be monitored in any manner, either over the telephone line or otherwise, and no persons, including security staff, shall be present in the room with plaintiff.
