SCHOFIELD, District Judge: WHEREAS a telephone conference was held on November 10, 2014. It is hereby ORDERED that the parties shall file a joint letter by November 17, 2014, describing the parties’ plan to hire a forensic expert to assist the parties in producing ESI discovery. In the letter, the parties shall identify the date by which an expert will be hired. It is further ORDERED that, by November 19, 2014, Defendants Police Officer Liam O’Hara and Police Officer Harry Arocho; Defendant Shwon Edmonds; and Defendants Richard Castellano, Van Mobley, Jesse Kempen, Jessica Delestin and Ian Palmer shall each file affidavits concerning the use of personal e-mail accounts to discuss issues pertaining to this action. It is further ORDERED that Defendant O’Hara and his counsel shall undertake a search for the photograph related to the incident taken with Officer O’Hara’s telephone, including a search of his personal e-mail account. O’Hara shall state in his affidavit what steps were taken to effect this search, what relevant material, if any, was found in the search, and who (if anyone) may have a copy of the photo. SO ORDERED.
