JUDGMENT
This action having come before the court, Honorable Amy Totenberg, United
States District Judge, having reached a class action settlement, in consideration of the
Motion for Attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses, and the court having granted said
motion, it is
Ordered and adjudged the Court awards the Class Counsel $18,425,000.00 in
fees and $250,000.00 in expenses for a total of $18,675,000.00, to be paid by GTL in the
time and manner prescribed in the settlement agreement.
