Enclosed please find Evercom Systems' CONFIDENTIAL responses to Staffs informal
data request of December 5, 2007. The data is in the same format as the data provided on
November 6, 2007. The response consists of one CD ROM which contains a ZIP file due to the
volume of the data, over 20 million records.
T-Netix/Evercom do not have call detail records prior to January 2001. In late 2000, TNetix began installing and testing equipment at the Miami-Dade facility, but was not a
subcontractor providing service prior to January 200 1 .
If you have any questions or need any additional information, please let me know. Again,
