Tel*Link Corporation and DSI-ITI LLC (“Moving Defendants”), by their
attorneys, Greenberg Traurig, LLP, for an Order, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P.
12(b)(6), dismissing with prejudice the Complaint in its entirety with prejudice;
and the Court having reviewed the submissions of the parties and found that Moving
Defendants are entitled to the relief they seek, and for good cause shown;
