Modification correcting the language on the previous modification to
the MA 758 M-05332599 (which is now Master Agreement MA 758
1900000311) dated February 17, 2018 as follows:
Reason for Modification February 7, 2018:
“Amending Master Agreement to include the following language
agreed upon by both parties: The parties acknowledge and agree the
purpose of this modification is to add private contracted prisons
owned and operated by CoreCivic, MA 758 1800000246, to this
agreement.”
